Form is Key.

Something that I’ve worked on over the last few weeks, with some direction from my coaches, is form. There’s no point increasing the weight until my form is good enough because I’ll end up injuring myself.

Video-ing my workouts has been an absolute game-changer. As much as I can work on things when they’re pointed out to me, re-watching and being able to physically see where I need to make adjustments has been the biggest learning curve for me.
